WHIT MONDAY 2004
1st June 2004
COMMONWEALTH DAY SOUTHPORT 2004
The weather was kind to us on Whit Monday this year as our Annual Parade through Liverpool and Southport went really well,
The Parade Left Everton road at about 9.30 a.m. lead by The north end bands and Lodges, We met up with the main Parade in Southport at around 11.00 a.m., The Star of Toxteth led the parade through Southport which was packed out once again for the Orange Institution.
At around 5.00 p.m. the Parade left from the field in Southport and headed back towards the buses, for the returning Parade in Liverpool from Vernon Sangster car park in Stanley Park to Everton road.
May we take this opportunity to thank our Band members for the way that they conducted themselves throughout the day, their hard work payed off as they were one of the best bands on Parade.
